CNC routers, or computer numerically controlled routers, are production machines used to cut out or rout shapes in various shapes from wood, metals, plastics, foam and a variety of other materials. CNC routers can mechanically cut out complex shapes much faster and with better accuracy, repeatability and precision than by a human operator. CNC routers can greatly help industries such as cabinet making, signs, plastics fabrication and many others to take on large jobs that need precise parts quickly and accurately.
CNC routers come in standard table sizes ranging from 2’ x 2’ to 5’ x 10,’ and some manufacturers will build custom machines up to 12’ x 16’ or larger. CNC routers have been available for a long time, but have increased in popularity due to their increased speed and software advances.

VISION ENGRAVING & ROUTING SYSTEMS, ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIST, INC.
Provides Environmentally-Friendly Lubrication For CNC Metalworking, Cutting
(Phoenix, AZ) – CNC router manufacturer, Vision Engraving & Routing Systems, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Unist, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of cutting tool lubrication systems and components for industrial cutting. Vision will now offer Unist systems as an option for their CNC routing systems, making metalworking and cutting projects easier and more cost-efficient.
By applying extremely small amounts of a high-quality lubricant, the Unist systems significantly reduce the cost and volume of cutting fluid used in metal cutting, forming, and stamping operations. Applying a vegetable-based, biodegradable lubricant in controlled amounts will reduce wear and tear of cutting tools during machining operations.
“We are extremely pleased to announce this partnership with Unist,” said Joe Ivanenok, President of Vision Engraving & Routing Systems, a leading CNC router manufacturer. “For customers who use our CNC routers for metalworking, cutting, and other industrial applications, these lubrication systems will increase efficiency and reduce cost.
