NBM Show Milwaukee 2019

Vision Engraving & Routing Systems would like to thank everyone who visited their Booth at the 2019 NBM Show Milwaukee. Visitors who visited Vision’s booth was able to demo the NEW Express S5 small engraver and a 25 Series CNC Router / Engraver. Updated with NEW V-Touch Technology the Express S5 puts all it’s engraving power at your fingertips. Vision’s 25 Series CNC Router / Engraver ran demos throughout the show, making ADA and Print-To-Cut Signage. Manufacturing in the USA since 1983, Vision Engraving & Routing Systems was very excited to attend the 2019 NBM show Wisconsin Convention Center, Milwaukee.

Everyone agreed on how the NEW multi functional touch screen display on the Express S5 made it’s functions very accessible. The touch screen allows access to the many advance features and setting available on the Express S5, including its internal memory. The internal memory will allow you to save jobs directly on to the Express S5, and then run them without having to be connected to a computer.

“Being able to run the Express Engraver without being attached to a PC has many benefits.” said Zach Houser, Vision Engraving & Routing System’s Applications Engineer. “Because you won’t need to touch the software once the job is saved, training will be a lot easier. It will also make the Express small engraver very portable for event or shows”

Proudly made in the USA, Vision’s 25 Series CNC Router / Engraver drew a crowd at the show. Offered with a large sized work area, the 25 Series is ideal for high volume and large sized applications. A variety of options is available for the 25 Series including an Auto Raster® Braille Insertion Tool, and a Digitally Aligned Cutting System (DACS) for Print-To-Cut applications. Both of these options were showcased in the Vision booth with a live sign making demo.

Vision’s optional Auto Raster® Braille Insertion Tool can eliminate the tedious process of inserting Rasters ® Braille Beads by hand. It precisely inserts Rasters ® Braille Beads into the sign automatically, increasing production speed and turnaround time. In addition, Vision Software tells you if there are elements in the design that are not ADA compliant, allowing you to make adjustments accordingly. Vision’s Auto Raster® Braille Insertion Tool in conjunction with their CNC Routers and Software is the most optimal way of creating ADA compliant Braille signage.

Providing perfect print-to-cut registration for Vision’s CNC routers, DACS (Digitally Aligned Cutting System) is the most cost-effective, accurate solution for improving digital finish. DACS is a system that is very easy to use, requires minimal training, and can highly integrate a sign shop’s print capabilities with the capabilities of a Vision CNC Router. If you’re looking to do graphic intense print-to-cut signs, cutouts and more check out Vision’s DACS (Digitally Aligned Cutting System).
